The Happy Family Package! This Half Beef package is our most popular for families, and will keep a family of four fed for about 12 months. This will be the only beef purchase you need to make all year! Can you imagine that? Not having to go to the store to buy beef ever?! In this package you will get every single cut of beef there is, so you will have all the variety at your fingertips to keep dinner time new and exciting. This pack requires about 6 to 8 cubic feet of freezer space.
Your Half Beef Package Includes;
- 40% Premium Ground Beef: 72-80 lbs in convenient 1 lb. packages 85/15 blend
- 35% Savory Cuts: 12-16 Roasts, 8-10 packs of stew meat in convenient 1 lb. packs, 8-16 Cross Cut Shanks individually packaged, and ALL of the following 'odd cuts': Brisket or Bavette.
- 25% Steaks: 8 Minute Steaks, 8 Top Sirloins, 12-16 New York Strips, 8-10 Rib Steaks, 8 Filet Mignons, and ALL of the following 'odd cuts': Skirt, Flank, & Tri-Tip.

HOW IT WORKS -
- Deposits open starting MARCH 1st. Order deadline is MAY 1st, if not sold out before then. First orders in are the first orders out when beef is ready.
- After your deposit, your beef will be raised on our lush pastures this summer.
- Beef Orders will be shipped out starting in November and going through January.
- You will be notified of all updates along the way.
- You will get your final invoice when your beef arrives in the freezer at the processors.
- If you choose Free Shipping, your order will be shipped out (you'll be notified ahead of time)
- If you choose local pick up in Bodcaw, we will send you a calendar to schedule your pick up time.
- Your beef will come in easy to handle 4 easy to handle 60lb boxes.
Bulk Beef Deposits are non-refundable, unless for some reason we are unable to fill your order. In the unlikely event that we cannot fill your order, your full deposit will be refunded.
